It was the fateful day in Christmas Island. The day Shade was seperated from his brother Sync. See it was a peaceful day. But then Dr. Robotnik had a plan... A PLAN TO DESTROY CHRISTMAS ISLAND. But the C.I. army was ready. Hedgehogs on every part and every ability tried to stop him. But Robotnik had the Chaos Emeralds, which the C.I. civilians had no idea what they were. THe army got tonr up badly. Only a few hedgehogs survived. Robotnik was also worn out but he had a final plan. He had a move called Chaos blast. He used it and made a partial bomb that almost completely destroyed C.I. some people where caught in the blast while others were lucky enough to get the lift from the shockwave and got off the planet. Sync and his mom made it to Earth while Shade drifted aimlessly through space. Along the way he met Lightning the hedgehog. They both had amazing reserves of energy that they had no idea of. And one day, a giant comet came in space and Shade and Lightnig tried to stop it. They were successful but there was another shockwave from the comet's explosion. Shade and Lightning got blown to Earth much later after Sync did. Shade got his fire power,wind power, red eyes, and red portion in his hair from the great impact of the Earths atmosphere. His quills were also messed up so he waited many months to regrow them. AFter reuniting with Sync he dyed his newly grown quills to match Syncs. Later on he met amazing friends like Des, Diamond, Lightning, Jacob, and Sharic (and Caitlyn). AFter his first encounter as becoming a werehog, his hair changed again and then we get his current haristyle. Shade's hairstyle is contantly changing
