i figured out how to do it!
if you had the same problem as me, get on yout pc login to flipnote hatena, go to your page,and in *flipnote hatena registration information* you should see "Linked Nintendo DSi Accounts" select the one you use on your dsi, click ok.... and AWESOMENESS!!
