◆I set up the workshop group (voluntary organization) on December 2018 and started the activity.

◆私は2018年12月に研究会（任意団体）を設立して活動を開始しました。

◆The name of the workshop is " Chigasaki - Lifetime Activities of town" (CCRC : Continuing Care Retirement Community for Chigasaki city).

◆研究会の名称は、『「生涯活躍のまち・茅ヶ崎」研究会』（ＣＣＲＣ(Continuing Care Retirement Community) for Chigasaki city） です。

◆As a purpose of this workshop, research and support activities for the realization of SDGs, specifically the following three.

(1) We shall support activities that lead to the realization of Chikasaki- city where everyone can easily live.

(2) We shall support activities to realize Chikasaki-city" where everyone can continue to have "living worth".

(3) We shall provide support activities for the realization of Chikasaki-city, where multigenerational people can actively interact.

◆研究会の目的は、ＳＤＧs の実現のための調査・研究と支援活動で、具体的には次の３つです。

(1)私達は、誰もが暮らしやすい茅ケ崎市の実現につながる支援活動を行うこと。

(2)私達は、誰もが"生き甲斐"を持ち続けることが可能な茅ケ崎市の実現のための支援活動を行うこと。

(3)私達は、多世代の人々が活発に交流することが可能な茅ケ崎市の実現のための支援活動を行うこと。

◆ Technology to control friction and lubrication in machines is called "tribology."

◆機械の中で摩擦・潤滑を制御する技術は「トライボロジー」と呼ばれています。

◆ "Bearing" is an essential mechanical component essential for various industrial fields such as automobiles, railway vehicles, airplanes, machine tools, household electric appliances, steelmaking facilities, construction machinery, etc.

◆「ベアリング」は自動車・鉄道車両・飛行機・工作機械・家電製品・製鉄設備・建設機械などの様々な産業分野において必要不可欠な重要機械部品です。

◆ With "Tribology" and "Bearing" for over 100 years, at NSK Ltd. (NSK Ltd.), the No. 1 bearing manufacturer in Japan who has contributed to the creation of a safe, secure and comfortable society and protecting the global environment, I have been working for nearly 40 years.

◆「トライボロジー」と「ベアリング」により100年以上にわたり、安全・安心・快適な社会つくりと地球環境保全に貢献してきた日本でNo.1のベアリングメーカー、日本精工株式会社（NSK Ltd.）で、私は40年間近く勤務してきました。

I have worked in the new product development of liquid crystal / semiconductor manufacturing equipment department, personnel department, public relations department etc . Until November 2018, I have been involved in NSK's 100th anniversary relation project, compilation of company history, support activities project to realize the corporate philosophy.

◆ 私は、液晶・半導体製造装置の新製品開発部門、人事部門、広報部門などにおいて業務をおこなってきました。2018年11月まで、創立100周年関係プロジェクト、社史編纂、企業理念実現の支援活動プロジェクトなどに携わってきました。
