Live in Yokohama. Majored English/English literature in collage and worked as accountant at food company in Yokohama which is farmhouse for EKIBEN.

Did tax and finance accounting also member of launching team of accounting systems and restaurants.

Had certification of Expert en Vin of the Japan Sommelier Association on 2006.

From 2011, started for restoration assistance following the Great East Japan earthquake and “World cooking with Tohoku Foods” events.

During this time, met Serbian Cuisine and became Serbian chef on 2015 after leaving the company.
