If you star an animation because you like it, then good for you. You're using Flipnote Hatena in it's proper form. Flipnote Hatena is a place where people with a DSi, DSiXL or 3DS can share their talents of animation, artwork, and storytelling.

and not Scams to get stars out of you just to play a game or to cheat you using Hatena in a way that could've been done easily with Microsoft Word.

There are better and more relevant places for stuff like that. And note that the Speed 1, 2, and 3 settings were probably made for those who want to see a flipnote slowed down for timing reasons or make updates for fans, in which the case should be that they shouldn't be starring it, they should be starring the acual animations.
