ok imma help you with drawing and animation
sketching(drawing): evertbody has a drawing style(that include the way you write) you need to practice a lot until you get perfect or find the way you like
animating: is not that difficult if your character needs arm animations use a base drawing(aka the character without arms)and draw them as you want, you should use speed 6 to get something good, use different layers with same color(advvanced tools)

Trick to draw by mind: the way i do is; imagine this, I have a picture of homer simpson(simple) just copy the picture drawing it in a paper and then draw it again without watching it so you memorize how he looks (use a picture, copy and draw again without watching)
