人生三分の一を日本で過ごしてきた北欧系アメリカ人です。興味は多岐にわたりますが、簡単にまとめますと歴史、日本文化、スターウォーズ、音楽。気に入っている言葉は「諸行無常」と「移ろい」です。このブログでは自分が思ったことや日常に関する感想を日英で綴ります。
A Scandinavian American that has spent a third of his life in Japan. My interests are many, but to name a few I like history, Japanese culture, Star Wars, and music. Two Japanese phrases/words I really like are "Shogyo mujo", which refers to the transitory nature of all things, and "utsuroi", a word which refers to this sense of transition. I intend to pen the things I think or my thoughts on everyday happenings in English and Japanese.
