The Turkey Passenger Locator Form is a mandatory short questionnaire concerning personal and detailed information of the expected incoming Turkish visitors. This information is required to receive a free tourist permit to enter the country. All applicants who are eligible to get tourist permits need to fill out this form before they are accepted.
