在宅ワークが浸透しつつある日本ですが、家族みんなが快適で笑って過ごせる暮らしを目指して日々研究しています。

シンプルなライフスタイルや幸せになれる考え方、インテリア、インテリアグリーンについて発信しています。

暮らしのテーマは「シンプル」。

不要なモノは極力持たず・買わず、モノを大切にして出費を減らし、掃除やモノをメンテナンスする時間を減らし、浮いたお金と時間を大切な人と自分のために使おう　というコンセプトです。

日々の仕事や育児に忙殺されて余裕がないのを言い訳に、日々をただ過ぎ去るものとして惰性の人生を送っていた筆者ですが、シンプルに暮らすことを意識し始めた時から徐々に余裕が生まれ、心穏やかに楽しく過ごせる生き方ができるようになりました。

ライフスタイルとは生活の基盤＝生き方そのものであり、人生の幸福を左右する重要な要素。

仕事が忙しくても、子育てが大変な時期でも、早い段階で確固としたライフスタイルを形成しておけば、心を乱すことなく充実した人生を生きることができます。

そのためにいますぐできることをこのブログを通じて発信し続けていきたいと思います。
