It is a common practice for Primary Care Physicians (PCP) to order vitamin and mineral supplements to their patients. A recent study by the Community Medical Center found that the intake of vitamins C, D, and E was much higher at the community medical center compared to other nearby hospitals. This was attributed to the fact that these three primary health tips encourage regular physical activity as well as consuming a well-balanced diet. This is the first study to indicate how the quality of life may improve not only through the promotion of healthy diet and regular exercise but also through the addition of nutritional supplements.
