Georgia has different laws that govern the acquisition of students in private and public higher education institutions. A few of the legislation are in regard to pre-registration. Students can obtain a copy of the document by visiting the Georgia Board of Trustees web site. The site provides a list of all colleges, universities, community colleges and junior colleges that have implemented pre-registration procedure.
