自己紹介

My name is Jeff.

I know English and very little Japanese, as this is predominately a Japanese website.

It is 2015 as I am typing this, and back in the day, this website was used largely by people outside of Japan due to the online service of Flipnote. Well, over two years ago, it got shut down. A real shame is that no archive was made for all the flipnotes that were ever uploaded to the online service, rendering all of them lost forever. Now, no one outside of Japan uses this website.

I revisited this website for reminisce the 'good times' so to say. In 2011-2012, I used this website a lot to look at Japanese flipnotes, and a lot of them were amazing. Unfortunately, I never saved them, nor did I on my old old DSi since you couldn't view Japanese flipnotes on a North American DSi. That's the whole reason WHY I did visit this website so much in 2011-2012.

Anyway, I didn't want to throw myself into a reminiscence of the past here, but I had some very good times back then. I was very interested in Japanese culture then, and still am to this day, as it largely contributed to my interest in Japanese anime and manga. No one is reading, no one ever reads my stuff ever, but if you are... thanks.
