All visitors to Estonia must complete the Estonia Passenger Locator form before they can land in Estonia. This document allows the country to control foreign entry, regardless of any health conditions. If a person has an illness before their arrival into the Baltic Sea area, they are required to apply for a special entry clearance card. This card will allow them to enter the country and pay all necessary fees before entering. It also allows them to change their name on their flight and other documents as well as arranging onward travel within the country. The form itself is easy to complete and can take up to ten minutes depending on how fast you fill it out.
To apply for the Estonia Passenger Locator Form, you will need to first get your passport and measure it up. This can be done by raising your passport at shoulder height and carefully inspecting it. In case you require an international driver's license to drive your vehicle on the territory of Estonia, you will be required to pass a covid-19 pcr test.
Next, you need to carefully fill out the form. This means you need to write down any pertinent information about your family history, health, and any other issues. You also have to write down your date of birth and your contact details. You should also note any medical records or information that could be used to help you apply for an EKG, or an ambulance card.
Once you have completed the form, you will need to submit it with your passport to receive a stamp that will be used to identify yourself at the airport. However, you should still ensure that you have a copy of your health test result in your possession. This will allow you to take any necessary remedial action. Another document, the PDA, will also require your signature. This states that you have taken the necessary medical action as per the rules of the country.
Once you have successfully completed the process, you will be required to hand over your passport immediately. You will be asked not to take a bag and to remove personal items from your hands. After the airport agent has verified that everything is in order you can hand over your documents to a traffic police officer at airport. To ensure that the driver has a copy of the correct document, the PDA must be stamped with the date.
By law, all travellers who are above the age of 18 must obtain a health certificate. This is a mandatory requirement. The document is called an IRTM which is an identification of your health condition. This form will be required before you can receive a permit to drive on foreign roads.
